The Weleda Arnica Bumps & Bruises Skin Salve is a traditional herbal medicine for use to relieve sprains, bruising, stiffness, pain, muscular aches and minor sports injuries.

How to use:
Apply sparingly to the affected area and massage in. Use 3-4 times a day.
For an injury massage in immediately to prevent brusing and swelling.
DO NOT use on broken or irritated skin.
DO NOT use if your are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Discard 3 months after first opening.
Active ingredients:
1g of ointment contains: 0.1ml of tincture from Arnica (equivalent to 0.048g Arnica montana L. fresh whole plant).
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 61% v/v.
Also contains: Wool fat (Lanolin), Yellow Beeswax, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Wool Alcohols and Ethanol.
