Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply only to the website managed by All Natural Me Ltd. Nothing within these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

All prices shown on the website are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.

Clearance Sale Items

All clearance sale items are products which have a short date and will have at least one calender month left before expiry at the point of sale.

Coupon Code

Only one coupon code can be redeemed at checkout at any one time. If you wish to change the coupon code, the previous item from the coupon code will be shown in your basket as a bought product. If it is not required you must remove the item from your basket. Please note that the coupon code must be entered correctly at checkout after all the items you wish to purchase are in the basket then click validate. After applying the coupon code the offer will be shown on your order at checkout. Please make sure you have applied the correct coupon code as exchanges cannot be made. If you have not applied a coupon code no offer can be redeemed or free gift can be sent out after your order is confirmed or despatched.

Payment for goods must be made prior to despatch, we accept credit/debit cards. We will not be held responsible for the late despatch of goods should a payment be declined.

Postage and Packing

UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands:

  • Free delivery (orders over £20) - 2nd Class Royal Mail takes 2 to 3 working days.
  • £2.99 - 2nd Class Royal Mail takes 2 to 3 working days
  • £4.50 - 1st Class Royal Mail takes 1 - 2 working days.

Please note Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after date of despatch.

Orders paid will be despatched within 2 working days (stock permitting). Our working day is from Monday to Friday inclusive from 09.00hours to 17.00hours, excluding bank holidays. Orders received on a non-working day will be despatched on the following working day.

Parcels despatched by courier may require a signature upon delivery, should you not be at the address specified, during normal office hours, please advise us of a suitable time for delivery or an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the receipt of your parcel.

If you request special delivery instructions where you are unable to sign for the goods, All Natural Me Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, therefore you, as the customer, will be responsible for the loss or damage.

Please allow 2 working days for parcels arriving by courier.

Distance Selling
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through the website within fourteen working days of their receipt of the goods. Customers should return items within 14 days of cancellation. Customers wishing to return the products, must contact All Natural Me Ltd in writing either by letter or email to Once we receive the goods a refund will be processed.

All Natural Me Ltd will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at All Natural Me Ltd, Conchieton Business Centre, Kirkcudbright DG6 4TA and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly despatched or damaged in transit. See below.

Once we have received the goods in a resaleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card.

Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us within 3 days of receipt, if the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged.
