Returns and Refunds Policy
Should your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us within 3 days of receipt, if the goods were received by courier, the customer must, when signing for the goods, state they are damaged.

Refunds may be given on returned products which are unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Products are to be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Once we have received the goods in a re-saleable condition, a refund for the cost of the products only, will be made to your credit/debit card or through PayPal.
All Natural Me Ltd will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned via Royal Mail/Courier Service until they are received at All Natural Me Ltd, Conchieton Business Centre, Kirkcudbright DG6 4TA and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of a tracked delivery system. Please note we do not refund postage/carriage on goods returned except where goods have been incorrectly despatched or damaged in transit.
