Weleda Arnica Muscle Soak is a bath milk containing arnica. Arnica is a herb which is famous for its antiseptic properties and the ability to promote blood circulation to heal damaged areas of the skin such as burns and bruises. The Weleda Arnica Muscle Soak is therefore a great solution and perfect remedy to soothe aches and pains or even after a long day at work to unwind, and also relax in a bath after exercising.

How to use

Shake the bottle well and pour 2-3 capfuls into running water, jump in and feel your aches and pains evaporate. After bathing, dry your skin gently, cover with a soft towel and relax in warm surroundings.
