Fair Squared Natural Period Cup is a perfect environmentally friendly alternative to tampons. Unlike other Period Cups, the Fair Squared Period Cup is made from FSC 100% certified Fair Trade natural latex, therefore more environmentally friendly and better for skin. The Natural Period Cup can be used throughout your cycle and can hold up to three times the amount of menstrual fluid than a regular tampon and once inserted correctly, you won't feel a thing. The period cup can be easily washed with water or menstrual cup cleaner.

Size Small holds approximately 8 ml, and is 6.1 cm high and has a diameter of 3.8 cm. Suitable for people who have very light bleeding.

Size Medium holds approximately 12 ml, has a length of 6,65 cm and a diameter of 4,1 cm. Suitable for women who have not given birth and are under 30 years of age.

Size Large holds approximately 13 ml, and has a length of 6,95 cm and a diameter of 4,4 cm. Suitable for women who have given birth or are older than 30 years of age.

How to use

Before you use your Period Cup for the first time, you should disinfect it by immersing it in boiling water for ten minutes.

1. Wash your hands.

2. Get comfortable in a relaxed position. You can insert the cup while you are standing, sitting, kneeling, or squatting.

3. Dampen the cup under the tap - this will make it easier to insert.

4. Fold the cup.

5. Insert the folded cup gently upwards and towards your back.
